The Career

Financial Service Representatives are the driving force of our firm. It is through the commitment and expertise of these individuals that we are able to impact the communities that we service.

Financial Service Representatives are responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. They are charged with the duty of assisting people in planning for the future and helping them to achieve their financial goals. Their responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining client relationships

- Delivering the highest quality of service to new and previously existing clients

- Assisting clients in the development of personalized financial solutions

- Building knowledge of all products employed by the firm

- Creating individual marketing and business strategy plans to ensure quarterly success

- Managing time effectively

The Qualifications

Financial Service Representatives come from a diverse array of backgrounds, but they all share the entrepreneurial spirit that fuels today's most successful professionals. We look for people who are bright, ambitious, and self motivated. It is also necessary that these individuals are compassionate, and have a strong desire to help others.

Desired traits include:

- Prior experience in sales, financial services, education, training, or consulting

- B.A./B.S. degree, or equivalent experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to occasionally do work outside of the office

- Honesty and integrity

- Creativity

- Drive

- General zest for life

The Opportunity
